Use of ALIGA RCM
ALIGA RCM is provided as resource capacity management, planning, forecasting and reporting software. Forecasts, recommendations and reports are decision-support outputs and should be reviewed by appropriate personnel before formal use.
Account registration and authorised users
Access is limited to users invited or approved under the relevant organisation workspace, subscription or services arrangement. Users must keep account credentials secure and must not share accounts, invite links or reset links.
Customer data ownership
Customer organisations retain ownership of project, resource, schedule, milestone, allocation, rate assumption, import and reporting data they provide to ALIGA RCM, subject to the applicable customer agreement.
ALIGA intellectual property
ALIGA owns the ALIGA RCM software, product design, source code, workflows, templates, dashboards, documentation, methodology, configuration and intellectual property unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass role or subscription controls, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, expose another organisation's data, reverse engineer the platform, or use ALIGA RCM for unlawful purposes.
User responsibilities
Customer organisations are responsible for the accuracy, authority and currency of uploaded data and for deciding how ALIGA RCM outputs are used in management, commercial, project and workforce decisions.
Subscription and billing
Public pricing is presented as indicative starting pricing. Subscription, add-on and any separately agreed service arrangements are governed by ALIGA's accepted commercial terms. Hosted checkout may be used for eligible plans; ALIGA RCM does not collect or store card details directly.
Availability and support
ALIGA aims to operate ALIGA RCM responsibly and support users through agreed support channels. No uptime, response time, recovery time or service credit commitment is provided by this template unless included in a signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
Subject to legal review. Any limitation of liability, exclusions, indemnities and consumer law wording must be confirmed by ALIGA's legal adviser before external reliance.
Termination and suspension
ALIGA may suspend or terminate access where required for security, non-payment, unauthorised use, subscription expiry, legal requirement or breach of agreed terms. Customer data handling after termination is subject to the applicable agreement and retention policy.
Changes to terms
ALIGA may update these terms from time to time. Material commercial or legal changes should be communicated through appropriate customer channels.
Governing law
The governing law for customer use should be set out in the final customer agreement and reviewed by ALIGA's legal adviser.
