Security

Security designed for enterprise project delivery environments.

ALIGA RCM is built with a security-focused approach to support organisations managing project delivery, workforce planning and delivery data.

Access management

Access to ALIGA RCM is managed through authenticated user accounts, role-based permissions and invited workspace access.

Organisation separation

Customer work is organised into separate workspaces so project, resource, allocation and reporting information is kept within the relevant organisation context.

Secure hosting approach

ALIGA RCM is operated with secure web application practices, protected sessions and production security headers. Hosting or assurance questions can be discussed during enterprise review.

Administrative oversight

Administration functions are limited to appropriate roles, with elevated ALIGA administration tools kept away from the public website.

Responsible security practices

ALIGA avoids storing payment card details in ALIGA RCM and does not expose passwords, secrets or raw integration tokens in public pages.

Security enquiries

Security questions, procurement reviews and responsible disclosure enquiries can be directed to ALIGA for review by the appropriate team.

Security maturity and assurance

ALIGA maintains an internal Essential Eight uplift program. The current conservative overall self-assessment, dated 16 July 2026, remains Maturity Level Zero. This is not certification, an independent assessment or a claim that a higher maturity level has been achieved.
